Organic fertilizer fermentation tanks have a wide range of applications in the agricultural field, suitable for various types of farms, farms, and organic fertilizer production plants. The organic fertilizer fermentation tank mainly solves the problem of manure pollution in the breeding industry, changing the traditional tank fermentation. Compared with tank fermentation, it has the following advantages:

Traditional tank fermentation, due to open-air fermentation, emits odors into the atmosphere and pollutes the environment. Due to the fact that fecal humidity is usually above 70%, it will produce leachate and pollute groundwater. Therefore, open-air reverse dumping fermentation is now prohibited in many regions.
3. The processing efficiency is high, and when fermenting organic fertilizer, composite bacterial strains need to be added. The bacterial strains are aerobic and reach the optimal growth temperature at 60 degrees. Tank fermentation cannot control the temperature, while vertical fermentation tanks evenly distribute aeration holes on the stirring blades, and the temperature inside the tank is constant, creating a better fermentation environment for the bacterial strains. These are several major advantages compared to traditional tank fermentation nowadays.
The vertical aerobic fermentation tank adopts the principle of aerobic microbial fermentation, allowing microorganisms to rapidly reproduce in a certain temperature, humidity, and sufficient oxygen environment by utilizing organic matter, residual proteins, etc. in sludge. During the reproductive process, they consume organic matter, protein, and oxygen in their feces, metabolize to produce ammonia, CO2, and water vapor. Simultaneously releasing a large amount of heat, causing the temperature inside the tank to rise. Further promoting microbial growth and metabolism at temperatures ranging from 45 ℃ to 70 ℃, while temperatures above 60 ℃ can kill harmful bacteria, pathogens, parasitic eggs, and other harmful substances in feces. At the same time, balancing the temperature, humidity, and pH value for beneficial bacteria to survive, meeting the conditions for beneficial bacteria to survive. With the continuous addition of fresh organic waste, the microbial cycle in the tank continues to reproduce, thereby achieving harmless treatment of sludge.
Firstly, the sealing of the organic fertilizer fermentation tank is better, which can effectively avoid the secondary pollution problem in the tank type fermentation tank. Secondly, the fermentation cycle of organic fertilizer fermentation tanks is shorter and the efficiency is higher. Let's talk about the tank type fermentation tank. It is a traditional fertilizer fermentation equipment, but due to its simple design and single function, the fermentation effect is not ideal. In contrast, the organic fertilizer fermentation tank adopts advanced fermentation technology, which can quickly convert the organic matter in the fertilizer into organic acids and microorganisms, thereby improving the nutritional value and utilization rate of the fertilizer.
