Quality assurance and service commitment
The company has a comprehensive service system throughout the country, headquartered in Hebi City, Henan Province. It has resident offices and after-sales service institutions throughout the country and provides a large number of services
Spare parts are provided to meet the needs of the goods. The company has a dedicated technical service team, a comprehensive service charter, and service standards.
1. Quality assurance
Our company guarantees the safe and reliable operation of the power supply control equipment (including accessories), and implements quality three guarantees for the supplied equipment.
If there are quality problems during the warranty period, we are responsible for free replacement. The warranty period is 12 months from the date of product installation and commissioning or 18 months from the date of equipment arrival on site, whichever comes first.
However, if the malfunction is caused by the following reasons, it will be repaired for a fee even during the warranty period:
a) Due to usage errors, self modification, and inappropriate maintenance:

c) Causes such as earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, abnormal voltages, and other natural disasters
The equipment is transported to the site, and both parties shall jointly open the box for acceptance. The missing parts shall be promptly supplemented by the seller, and the representatives of both parties shall sign and handle the handover procedures.
The cables required for the project, including communication cables for PLC and transmission, wellbore optical cables and control cables, are provided by our party. The power cables, grounding cables, and other general cables required on site shall be provided by the mining party.
2. Service commitment
1) During the warranty period, if the malfunction does not occur due to improper operation (human factors) or force majeure factors, we are responsible for free maintenance;
2) Promise of after-sales service: In case of product quality or technical issues, a response will be given within 1 hour for major issues and half an hour for general issues. If on-site technical service is required, the time will be 12 hours after our company receives the user's notification.
3) Repairs beyond the warranty period will be charged to the user for component costs after the repair.
Technical training: Users can send maintenance personnel to our company headquarters for a one week technical training, which covers all aspects of improving mechanical and electrical control. Our company will provide convenient accommodation and meals. After debugging is completed, our company is responsible for conducting on-site technical training for no less than one week.
5) Operation supervision: Our company will send personnel to participate in the supervision during the trial operation period for one week.
6) Remote diagnosis: The company is staffed by experienced on-site engineers who are stationed for a long time, ready to accept remote diagnosis requests and provide users with the best technical guidance and services.
3. System debugging
Debugging is mainly carried out in two stages: system pre debugging and system switching. Our company will dispatch experienced engineers to the site to carry out this work.
